Calendar problems
Fix a calendar that lost access, stopped updating, or doesn't show a meeting.
Find the message or symptom you see, then follow its fix.
"Mira lost access to this calendar"
Mira can no longer read the calendar, usually because its password changed or its access was removed. The account shows Reconnect in Settings > Calendars.
- Google or Outlook: open the account and select Connect it again, then sign in.
- iCloud and other calendars: disconnect the account, create a new app-specific password, and connect it again.
"hasn't updated since"
The calendar is still connected, but Mira could not get its events for at least 30 minutes. The message shows on the Overview, in Upcoming, and in Settings > Calendars. Mira keeps trying, and the message goes away once the calendar updates again.
- Select Try again in the message.
- If it stays for more than an hour, check that you can open the calendar at its provider, such as calendar.google.com or outlook.com.
- If it still stays, contact Mira and name the calendar and the time in the message.
A meeting doesn't show
- The calendar is hidden. In Upcoming, select Calendars and tick it. See Choose and rename calendars.
- It was just added. Mira syncs your calendars about every 15 minutes. On your phone, pull down on the Overview to refresh it now.
- It's more than 60 days ahead. Mira shows your calendars up to 60 days ahead.
- It's in an email, not a calendar. On every plan, Mira finds invitations and the booking data that airlines, shops, and other services add to their emails. On Pro, it also finds dates in any other email. See Plans and AI credits.
You can't answer an invitation
Answering needs the calendar the invitation was sent to. Connect that calendar, then open the invitation again. See Answer invitations and add events.
