See what's yours to do

To-do lists the emails you saved to reply later and the bills from your mail, and on Pro, who is waiting for your reply and what you promised.

To-do gathers what's yours to do from your mail. Open it from the sidebar. The number next to it counts what's on it.

What's on it

On every plan:

  • conversations you saved with Reply later;
  • bills and deadlines from the booking and invoice data in your mail.

On Pro, Mira also finds these in your new mail:

TabWhat it shows
RepliesPeople who asked you something and are waiting for your answer, in their own words.
TasksThings an email asks you to do, such as paying a bill or sending a document.
PromisedWhat you said you would do, and by when.
Waiting forPeople you asked who haven't replied yet.

All shows everything except Waiting for.

How Mira finds Replies

A conversation is under Replies when the newest message is from someone else, sent to you directly, in the last 14 days, and the next step is yours. That is when it asks you a question or asks you to do something, or when it moves along something you were asked earlier and have not done: someone sends you what you need for it, answers what you asked them about it, or a reminder chases it. Forwarding a request to someone else does not count as doing it. Thanks, updates, and offers never count.

Open the conversation to see the sentence that asks you, above the messages, wherever you open it from: To-do, Inbox, Overview, or a search. When you have handled it, select Done. Replying takes it out too.

Act on it

  • Select a row to see why it is there, read the email, or have Mira Draft a reply. You check the draft and send it yourself.
  • Tick the box when it's done. It leaves the list, and comes back only if someone writes again.
