Ask Mira
Ask questions about all your email, and write messages together, in a chat.
Ask Mira is a chat about your email. It searches your mailboxes, reads the conversations that matter for your question, and answers with links to the emails it used.
Start a chat
Select Ask Mira, then ask a question or pick a suggestion:
- What needs my reply?
- Who am I waiting on?
- Summarize my latest emails
- Help me write an email
You can also ask things like "Find the conversation about the €4,000 website quote" or "What important things happened this week?".
Sources
Answers cite the emails they come from with small numbers. Select a number to open that email. Sources lists every email the answer used.
Write together
Ask Mira to write an email or a reply. Its draft shows in the chat: select Review and send to open it in the composer, where you add recipients, edit it, and send it yourself.
Add files
Select Attach files to add a PDF or a text file to your message, and ask about it, like "Does this contract match what we agreed by email?".
Your chats
Chats are saved, encrypted, so you can come back to them. Find them under Chats, search them with Search chats, and start a new one with New chat. Open a chat's menu to rename it or Delete chat. Removing a mailbox deletes the chats that used it.
What it uses
Mira sends its AI provider your question and the emails it found relevant, never your whole mailbox. Each answer uses AI credits, more for questions that need many emails. When 80% of your month's credits are used, Ask Mira shows how many are left above the message box.
