See your day on the Overview

The Overview shows what's on today, what's coming up, what changed, and what's yours to do, from your mail and calendars.

The Overview is your day on one page. It's the first page Mira opens, and it's at the top of the sidebar.

What's on it

CardWhat it shows
TodayToday's meetings, appointments, deliveries, and bills, in order. Meetings that have ended show Past.
Daily briefingA few lines about your day: what's still ahead, who needs you, and what changed.
UpcomingThe next 7 days. Select View all to open Upcoming.
Changes and risksPlans that moved or were cancelled, renewals this week, and, on Pro, automatic emails worth knowing about.
To-doWhat's yours to do. Select View all to open To-do.
Waiting forPeople who haven't replied to you yet. On Pro.

Mira fills the cards from your connected calendars and from your mail: invitations, the booking data in emails from airlines, shops, and other services, and Reply later. On Pro, Mira also reads the dates, requests, and promises in any email.

Open anything

Select a row to open it in a panel. It shows:

  • the time, and where Mira found it: From the invitation, From the booking, or Mira read the date in the email;
  • Why it is here, with the sentence from the email when there is one;
  • the Source: the sender and the mailbox it is In, or the calendar it is From. Select Open email to read the email;
  • what you can do: answer an invitation, Add to calendar, Edit a meeting you organise, Open in calendar, or a link from the email such as Check in, Track, or Directions;
  • Summarize and Draft a reply, from Mira.

When you have dealt with it, select Mark as done, Hide, or Got it. It leaves the Overview.

Keep it fresh

Mira reads new mail and syncs your calendars in the background, about every 15 minutes. On your phone, pull down on the Overview to refresh it now.

To get your day by email or as a notification each morning, turn on the daily summary.

Your time zone

Mira takes your time zone from your device the first time you sign in. It uses it for what's on today, the times it finds in emails, and the daily summary.
