Overview, at the top of the sidebar, shows what needs you, the updates worth knowing, trips and bills in the coming week, and what came in today. It follows the mailbox switcher, so All inboxes shows every mailbox. Select any row to open its conversation. See Overview.

Worth knowing

Worth knowing picks up to 5 automatic emails from the last 2 days that report a change to your account, security, money, or a delivery, such as a new sign-in or a payment that failed, and shows the words that say so.

Daily summary

Get what Overview shows once a morning, by email or as a notification. Turn it on in Settings > Notifications > Daily summary.

Select a view above your inbox list to see only your orders, invoices, or trips. Updates and Promotions are under More, and All shows everything again. Mail from people stays in Inbox, and nothing moves at your email provider. See Sort your inbox with Smart inbox.

Needs you

Needs you, under Inbox in the sidebar, lists the conversations where someone asked you a question or asked you to do something, with the sentence that asks you. Select Done when you have handled it.

Categorize sender

Mira learns where each sender's mail goes, without using your AI credits. To change it, select Categorize sender… in a conversation's ⋯ menu and choose a view, or Inbox only. Mira always keeps your choice.

Your own labels and folders now appear in the sidebar. Open, create, rename and delete them, and move conversations into them with Move to label or Move to folder. In All inboxes, each mailbox has its own row, and a label opens without leaving All inboxes. See Use labels and folders.

Search and copy as Markdown

Search every page with ⌘ K. Each page can be copied as Markdown or opened in ChatGPT or Claude.

Connect the AI apps you already use to Mira, and ask them about your email. You choose which mailboxes each app can read, and it can never send, delete or change anything. Disconnect an app at any time in Settings, under Connected apps. See Use your mail in other AI apps.

Open the mailbox switcher and select All inboxes. Mira shows the mail from every mailbox in one list, newest first, and names the mailbox of each conversation. Starred, Sent and Drafts work across mailboxes too. See All inboxes.

Mail and mailboxes are never limited. The plans differ in how much of Mira's AI they include each month. See Plans and AI credits.

Plan & usage

Settings, Plan & usage shows your AI credits for the month and when they renew, lets you upgrade to Pro, and lists your invoices. Payments are handled by Stripe.

In Settings, All mailboxes, select Connect mailbox, then Microsoft, and sign in. Mira reads and organizes the mail through Microsoft's own access. See Connect Outlook.

Select Ask Mira and ask things like "What needs my reply?" or "Who am I waiting on?". Mira searches your mailboxes, reads the emails that matter, and links every answer to them. See Ask Mira.

Write together

Ask Mira to write an email. Select Review and send to open the draft in your composer, where you edit it and send it yourself.

Files and chats

Add a PDF or a text file to ask about it. Chats are saved, encrypted, and you can rename or delete them.

Every new sign-in can now ask for a code from your phone, so a password alone is not enough.

Turn it on

In Settings, open Profile and turn on Two-factor authentication. Save the backup codes Mira shows, in case you lose your phone. See Sign-in and security.

Mailbox icons

Give each mailbox an icon in its settings: the provider's logo, its first letter, or another icon. It helps tell two mailboxes from the same provider apart.

Print and show original

Print a whole conversation or one message, and open a message's source with Show original.
