Subprocessors

These are the companies we use to run Mira. Each one processes data only on our instructions, under a data processing agreement. We keep the list short on purpose, and only the service subprocessors ever handle your mail.
Service subprocessors
They run the Mira service, and handle your mail when a feature needs it, as described in our Privacy Policy. All of them are in the EU.
UpCloud · Cloud provider
Servers, database, and backups for the whole Mira app.
Mistral AI · AI
Runs the AI features you use and Smart inbox, with only the emails each one needs. Never trains on your data.
Lettermint · Email
Sends Mira's own emails, such as verification, password resets, and the daily summary, and delivers your feedback to us.
Business operations
They help us run the business. They handle only account details, such as your email address and billing details, or visits to this website, and never see your mail.
Stripe · Payments
Payments, subscriptions, invoices, and receipts.
Cloudflare · Website
Hosts this website. It never sees the Mira app or your mail.
Services you choose
Your email providers, such as Google, Microsoft, or your IMAP host, the AI apps you connect through Mira’s MCP server, and your browser’s push service are chosen by you, not us, so they are not on this list. Their own terms apply.
Changes to this list
We will tell you in Mira or by email at least 7 days before we add or replace a service subprocessor. In an emergency, for example if a provider suddenly stops working or has a security problem, we may switch first and tell you as soon as we can. If you object, you can cancel, and we will refund any prepaid time left, as our Data processing agreement explains. The date at the top always shows the latest version of this list.
