# See what's coming up

Upcoming shows your meetings, bills, deadlines, deliveries, and trips on one calendar, from your mail and calendars.

**Upcoming** puts everything with a date on one calendar: meetings from your calendars, and the appointments, bills, deadlines, deliveries, and trips Mira finds in your mail. Open it from the sidebar.

Choose how to see it at the top: **Month**, **Week**, or **List**. Meetings from a calendar have that calendar's colour, past days are dimmed, and you can select anything to open it.

## Month

**Month** shows the whole month. Days with plans show the first two; select a day to see all of them beside the month, or below it on a phone.

- Use **Previous month** and **Next month** to move, and **Today** to come back.
- You can go back as far as you like. Mira keeps the last 90 days of your calendars and fetches older months from your calendar when you open them.
- Events Mira found in your mail are kept for a year. In older months you see your calendar meetings only.

## Week

**Week** shows seven days side by side, with everything on each day and its time. Use **Previous week** and **Next week** to move. On a phone, the week shows as a list of days.

## List

**List** shows what's coming up in order. Choose **7 days** or **30 days**, and use the filter to see only **Meetings and events**, **Appointments**, **Travel**, or another kind.

## Choose which calendars show

Select **Calendars** and tick the calendars you want to see. With several accounts, tick an account to show or hide all its calendars at once. The Overview follows the same choice. See [Choose and rename calendars](https://mirahq-stg.app/docs/calendars/calendar-settings).

## One event, once

When an invitation in your mail is also in your calendar, Mira shows it once, as the calendar's meeting. A date Mira read in an email that matches a meeting in your calendar on the same day is hidden too.
